Parker Series 9 High-Speed Pulsed Soleniod Valve, 0.031 in. Orifice, 28 V, Stainless Steel Body.

Parker Series 9 High-Speed Pulsed Soleniod Valve, 0.031" Orifice, 28 VDC, PTFE Poppet Material, 1/4" Compression Fitting, Stainless Steel Body.
Parker Part Number: 009-0381-900.

This pulse valve is typically used for gas pulse generation for laser spectroscopy. High precision spectroscopic gas analysis requires exquisite flow control that is both quantifiable and repeatable. These solenoid valves offer very low cycling time, extremely low leak rates, and pressure tolerance to 1250psi. The soleniod body is constructed of rugged passivated stainless steel, and the solenoid coil is potted and completely isolated from wet environments.

Parker Series 9 Pulse Valves are compatible with both Parker rebuild kits and Ideal Vacuum rebuild kits.

For complete specifications for this valve see Parker Pulse Valves Data Sheet.pdf below in Downloads.

  • PTFE poppet material, Kalrez O-ring.
  • 2-Way normally closed (NC) valve operation.
  • <2 ms cycling time (<160 µs with Iota One or Pulsar valve drivers).
  • Delivers repeatable pulses and high repetition rates.
  • Leak-tight to 1x10-7cm3/s/atm Helium.
  • Constructed of non-corroding, passivated stainless steel.
