Parker Series 9 High-Speed Pulsed Soleniod Valve, 0.031 in. Orifice, 28 V, Stainless Steel Body.
Out of Stock
Expecting: 4
Arrival: 4 on 2025-01-22

This pulse valve is typically used for gas pulse generation for laser spectroscopy. High precision spectroscopic gas analysis requires exquisite flow control that is both quantifiable and repeatable. These solenoid valves offer very low cycling time, extremely low leak rates, and pressure tolerance to 1250psi. The soleniod body is constructed of rugged passivated stainless steel, and the solenoid coil is potted and completely isolated from wet environments. Parker Series 9 Pulse Valves are compatible with both Parker rebuild kits and

Ideal Vacuum 10-Foot Cable for Parker Series 9 High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves to Ideal Vacuum Pulsar Pulse Valve Driver.
Out of Stock

This cable connects the Ideal Vacuum Pulsar pulse valve controller or a Parker Iota 1 valve controller to a Parker Series 9 pulsed solenoid valves. It can also be used to connect to an Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valve. The cable length is 10 feet. The Pulsar is a benchtop or rack mountable driver for high-speed solenoid valves (28 VDC) and is compatible with both Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum pulse valves. Pulse duration ranges in microseconds, milliseconds, or longer can be selected. The Pulsar is often used to generate pulsed molecular beam sources for laser spectroscopy experiments. Short, timed, supersonic gas pulses can be generated to deliver the sample to a laser pulse when it arrives, dramatically reducing the amount of sample used compared to continuous jet systems. Short, supersonic pulses get very cold as the gas expands, reducing doppler broadening and spectral complexity.

Replacement Teflon Poppets for Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves, Pack of 50.
In Stock: 41

These PTFE poppets are compatible with Parker Series 9 pulse valves and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves. The poppet forms the vacuum seal at the pulse valve output orifice when the valve is closed. PTFE is soft, so the poppets will become deformed with use and need to be replaced. For best results, poppets need to be replaced after no more than 1 month of regular use. Exposure to certain chemicals or elevated temperatures may cause poppets to need replacement more often, even as often as once per day.

Replacement Viton External O-Rings for Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves, Pack of 10.
In Stock: 5

These are replacement external O-Rings compatible with Parker Series 9 pulse valves and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves. The external O-ring forms a vacuum-tight seal between the valve body, which contains the output orifice or nozzle, and the vaccum chamber or item under test. These O-rings are made of chemically-resistant Viton® for use in vacuum or mild to moderate chemical environments. See drawing below for external O-ring replacement location. Viton is a registered trademark of The Chemours Company FC, LLC.

Replacement Viton Internal O-Rings for Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves, Pack of 10.
In Stock: 7

These are replacement internal O-Rings compatible with Parker Series 9 pulse valves and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves. The internal O-ring forms a pressure-tight seal which can withstand up to 250 PSIG between the valve body, which contains the output orifice or nozzle, and the solenoid coil assembly. These O-rings are made of chemically-resistant Viton® for use in vacuum or mild to moderate chemical environments. See drawing below for internal O-ring replacement location.

Replacement Double-Teflon-Coated Armature for Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves.
In Stock: 101

This is a replacement double-Teflon-coated armature compatible with Parker Series 9 pulse valves and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves. The armature is a stainless-steel rod that actuates the valve when a magnetic field is induced by the solenoid coil assembly. Abrasion-resistant black Teflon™ double-coated armatures are typically more chemically resistant and have faster, more-consistent actuation times than uncoated armatures. See drawing below for armature replacement location.

Replacement Uncoated Armature for Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves.
In Stock: 84

This is a replacement uncoated armature compatible with Parker Series 9 pulse valves and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves. The armature is a stainless-steel rod that actuates the valve when a magnetic field is induced by the solenoid coil assembly. Teflon™ coated armatures are typically more chemically resistant and have faster, more-consistent actuation times than uncoated armatures. However, some chemicals are destructive to Teflon and will perform better with an uncoated armature.

Replacement Stainless Steel Main Load Spring for Parker Series 9 and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves, Pack of 5.
Out of Stock
Arrival: 4 on 2025-01-22

These are replacement stainless steel main load springs compatible with Parker Series 9 pulse valves and Ideal Vacuum High-Speed Pulsed Solenoid Valves. The main load spring provides the closing force for the valve when the solenoid coil is de-energized. If the main load spring becomes corroded, brittle, or broken, due to long-term use or chemical exposure the valve will fail to close properly. See drawing below for spring replacement location.
