These anodized aluminum clamping forks offer a quick, flexible, and stable way to mount 1" optical pedestal posts with a 1.25" flange to an optical table. They come in two versions: a 1.25" slot for space saving and a 1.75" slot for greater flexibility. The clamp is equipped with a 1/4"-20 screw for use with standard optical tables or Ideal Vacuum's optical breadboards. The screw is captive so it will not get lost or misaligned and only requires one hand to use. The screw uses a standard 3/16" hex key (Allen wrench).
