This pulse valve is typically used for gas pulse generation for laser spectroscopy. High precision spectroscopic gas analysis requires exquisite flow control that is both quantifiable and repeatable. These solenoid valves offer very low cycling time and extremely low leak rates. The soleniod body is constructed of stainless steel, and the solenoid coil is potted and completely isolated from wet environments.

Ideal Vacuum's Pulse Valve is compatible with both Parker rebuild kits and Ideal Vacuum rebuild kits.

  • PTFE poppet material, Kalrez O-ring.
  • <2 ms cycling time (<160 µs with Iota One or Pulsar valve drivers).
  • Delivers repeatable pulses and high repetition rates.
  • Leak-tight to 1x10-7cm3/s/atm Helium.
  • Constructed of non-corroding, passivated stainless steel.
