This pulse valve is typically used for gas pulse generation for laser spectroscopy. High precision spectroscopic gas analysis requires exquisite flow control that is both quantifiable and repeatable. These solenoid valves offer very low cycling time and extremely low leak rates. The soleniod body is constructed of stainless steel, and the solenoid coil is potted and completely isolated from wet environments.
Ideal Vacuum's Pulse Valve is compatible with both Parker rebuild kits and Ideal Vacuum rebuild kits.
