Leybold TriVac D90L TriVac Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Three Phase 230/460 VAC 55.9 CFM. PN: 1019090V01

This Leybold TriVac D90L is a dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with integrated anti-suckback valve and gas ballast. This pump is fitted with a three phase, 230/460 VAC, 50/60Hz motor which draws 2.6kW. At 60 Hz it has a pumping speed of 55.9 cfm (95 m³/hr) and an ultimate pressure of 2.2 x 10^-3 Torr (3 x 10^-3 mbar). Inlet and outlet ports are KF-40. This pump has a noise level of 60 dB(A). The D90L pump requires 3.6 - 4.8 liters of LVO 130 oil (not included, see part number P108582).

This D90L three phase pump is not supplied with accessories for electrical connection. It must be connected via the appropriate cable, and a suitable motor protection switch. .

The TriVac L series of pumps are suited for pumping water vapor within the specified water vapour tolerance limits. Condensable vapors that can liquify when being compressed inside the pump and exceed the vapor tolerance of the pump should be avoided. In the case of wet processes we recommend the installation of liquid separators upstream and downstream of the pump as well as the use of the gas ballast. Trivac T pumps are not designed for pumping dusty, aggressive, corrosive, flammable or explosive gases or gas mixtures, or for pumping oxygen or other highly reactive gases in concentrations greater than in normal ambient atmosphere (>21%).
