This Pfeiffer Stainless Steel Pressure Relief Valve protects vacuum systems from over pressure. It has KF-16 fittings on both the inlet and outlet ends. An exhaust hose can be attached to the KF16 connection at the outlet side.

Measuring just 30mm in diameter and 25mm in height, this compact Pfeiffer Pressure Relief Valve has a leak rate of less than 1 x 10-8 mbar l/s, a temperature range from 41-140°F (5-60° C), and opens with a pressure differential of approximately 300 Torr. It is intended to be used for vacuum chambers only.
