This is a Varian 536 Thermocouple Gauge Tube Sensor, NW25 KF25 Flange, 304L Stainless Steel, With the Addition of a Baffle, Pressure Range: 1 × 10-3 torr to 2 torr, (1 x 10-3 mbar to 2.7 mbar). Maximum bakeout temperature: 150 °C. The 536 Thermocouple Gauge Tube is a welded 304 stainless
steel version of the 531 with an additional baffle that greatly
extends the sensor life when exposed to condensable gases in
demanding applications.
It provides a continuous and
repeatable indication of pressures. The thermocouple and heater are
noble metal to minimize any possible affect of contaminants
on gauge performance. The Thermocouple gauge
is offered with a variety of flange connectors and is easily
interfaced with Varian Agilent XGS-600 gauge controller for integration in a complex vacuum system, or for use as a
stand-alone pressure measurement tool.
NOTE: There are 2 D-Bus Connectors on the XGS-600 Dual Convection Thermocouple Card. Only 1 Thermocouple Gauge can be used per D-Bus connector. No Y connector I/O cables allowed.
