This Pfeiffer HiCube 80 NEO is the complete solution for high vacuum applications. Modular, flexible, compact, versatile and pumping down to 10-8 Torr. Comes with a HiPace 80 Turbo Pump with fan cooling included and a ISO-63 inlet flange, MVP 030-3 Diaphragm (Backing/Roughing Pump) TPS 110 Power Supply Pack and a DCU 002 (Display and Control Unit). The DCU can also be removed from the metal case and used as a remote control. This System is completely plug and play and easily integrates well with Pfeiffer Pressure Gauges.
