NEW Varian Agilent Dual Convection Thermocouple Gauge Card for the XGS-600 Multi-Gauge Vacuum Controller, Agilent Varian Part Number R3084301
This is the Dual Convection Gauge Card for the XGS-600 Mulit-Gauge Vacuum Controller. The Convection card operates 2 thermocouple or 2 convection gauges and allows you to calibrate to the actual atmospheric pressure value, to vacuum pressure and select calibration of air or argon. Each channel has its own 9 pin Dsub connector. Other cards can also be used along side this Dual Convection Card.

from atmosphere to 10-3:
- ConvecTorr
- 536
- 531

Procedures for installing add on cards
:
- Slots are numbered left to right as viewed
from
the front of the XGS-600
controller.
- Option slots 1-4 are long high profile slots and can accomodate any card/board. HFIG boards are long high profile cards and can only be installed in slots 1-4
- Option slots 5-6 are short, low profile slots and can accomodate only convection or IMG Boards with the following restrictions.
An IMG Board may not be installed in slot 5 if any other board is installed in slot 4.
An IMG Board may not be installed in slot 6 if any other board is installed in slot 5.
