These Oerlikon Replacement Rubber Mount (feet) are designed for Leybold Sogevac SV100B series rotary vane vacuum pumps. The rubber feet are used to mount and support the vacuum pump. They are bottom tapped for mounting the pump to a base plate. We have included the users manual and parts view for download below (please see parts diagram in the attached document). These are sold as one each, the pump requires a total of three each. The Leybold part number is 71024220.
