The PSG050 wide-range Pirani standard gauge head is used for the measurement of absolute pressures in the rough and fine vacuum range. This gauge has a measurement range of 0.5 x 10e-3 to 10e3 mbar (3.7 x 10-4 to 750 Torr). It employs a tungsten filament sensing element operating at a temperature of 110°C. These Pirani standard gauges are operated by the Inficon VGC012 and VGC023 control units.

The Pirani Standard Gauge are vacuum gauge heads which are operated in connection with the operating units VGC012 and VGC023.
