This is a replacement sensor for the Gemini MPG500 compact, Inverted Magnetron Pirani Gauge. This replacement sensor has a KF40 fitting.

The MPG500 gauge measures from atmosphere to 1 x 10^-9 Torr using a unique two sensor system which combines cold cathode and Pirani technology. Its unique, replaceable dual chamber sensor unit avoids cleaning cycles and eliminates maintenance, making Gemini the most robust and economical vacuum gauge of its kind. The Inficon Gemini MPG500 cold cathode and Pirani combination provides seamless transition, reliability, practicality and flexibility across wide ranging applications.
