ExploraVAC Unlimited: Rough Vacuum Bakeout/Degas Chamber
This ExploraVac UNLIMITED system, is a custom-built ready to run turnkey rough vacuum bakeout chamber instrument by Ideal Vacuum Products (IVP), featuring a fully integrated, touch screen controlled, vacuum system rough vacuum bakeout to to 20mTorr, Thermal IR bulb bakeout up to 200°C. With custom design IR bulb chandelier configurations and sample peice loading brackets.
The perfect system for bakeout and degas procedures for aerospace and satellite components, or raw electronics and raw materials processing. These IR bulbs trasnfer heat directly into the sample peice via radiative heat transfer for power and even heating getting rid of contaminants like silicone oil quickly.
An integrated QCM can be added to the system to monitor the rate and intensity of outgassing to determine when outgassing is complete.

System Overview
The pumping pack includes a dry low maintenance pump combination featuring a dry roots pump.
All necessary equipment, such as valves, gauges, sensors, and necessary plumbing are included. The system is controlled from a touch screen display running our proprietary AutoExplor™ software for Windows
