ExploraVAC Unlimited: High Vacuum Thermal Space Simulation
This ExploraVac UNLIMITED system, is a custom-built ready to run turnkey thermal high vacuum thermal chamber instrument by Ideal Vacuum Products (IVP), featuring a fully integrated, touch screen controlled, vacuum system designed for high vacuum to 5e-7torr, Thermal control from -170°C to 350°C with a full pullout platen, a thermal shroud for added radiative thermal control, an LN2 scavenger plate for trapping outgassing contaminant with heaters for fast cycling. Our integrated LN2 + resistive heat controls result in the ability to ramp at up to 10°C/min, slower ramp rates can also be input for controlled ramp tests. High emmisivity coatings options are available

System Overview
The pumping pack includes a dry low maintenance pump combination featuring a dry roots pump paired with a 1400L/s turbo, for dry reliable pumping down to 5e-7torr.
All necessary equipment, such as valves, gauges, sensors, and necessary plumbing are included. The system is controlled from a touch screen display running our proprietary AutoExplor™ software for Windows
