Pfeiffer HiPace 300H high-performance turbomolecular high-vacuum pumps with a DN100 CF Conflat CF 6.0 inch inlet flange have a pumping speed of 260 liters per second (l/s) and an ultimate pressure of 3.5 x 10 Torr. This high performance pump features particularly high compression, especially for light gases. This Pfeiffer HiPace 300H pump comes with an integrated TC 110 drive unit side-mounted to the pump, and has an ISO KF-16 exhaust foreline flange. The pump can be mounted in any orientation. 24 VDC input power at a maximum of 180 Watts is required. The TC 110 electronic drive unit operates smaller Pfeiffer turbo pumps and their accessories. It's purpose is to drive, monitor and control the pump. The TC 110 is designed to work with Pfeiffer HiPace 10, 30, 80, 300H and SplitFlow 50 and 80 turbo pumps. It requires 24 VDC input power, normally supplied by a Pfeiffer DCU 110 or OmniControl 200 controller through a special connection cable (part number P103335 or P1011168, not included). The connection cable supplies power to the pump and also has two M8 ports for connecting optional accessories such as a forced air-cooling kit, a solenoid vent valve, and/or a sealing gas valve. This unit replaces a damaged drive unit, or is required for pumps that do not include a drive unit. The TCU 110 electronic drive unit has Pfeiffer part number PM C01 790 AT.

This input power supply power cord (mains cable) is used on Pfeiffer OmniControl 200, 300, 400, and DCU 110 controllers, HiScroll dry scroll roughing/backing pumps, and with other Pfeiffer products. These power cords have a standard NEMA 5-15P 115 VAC plug one one end and an IEC320 C13 female socket connector on the other. This cable is 3 meters long (10 ft.) and has 18 gauge wire and 3 conductors (18/3).

This interface cable has 4-pin, M12, round screw-type connectors on both ends. This cable is 3 meters long (10 ft.) and meets or exceeds OEM specs (OEM PN: PM 061 283-T3). On TC 110 drive units, which have a 15-pin D-Sub (X3) connector, a power and communications adapter cable (part number P103335 or P1011168) is used to split out the X3 connector into a pump power cable and a short RS485 communication cable (terminated with an M12 connector). This 3 meter long RS485 cable attaches to and extends that short cable. The other end of this cable connects to the M12 round connector on an OmniControl or a DCU controller.

This special serial cable allows RS485 communications between a Pfeiffer HiPace turbo pump TC drive unit and a Pfeiffer OmniControl or DCU controller. This Pfeiffer fine inlet screen (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the HiPace 300, 300H, or 350 turbo pumps. This screen has a CF 6.0" flange size. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen. This fine screen centering ring has Pfeiffer part number PM 016 315. This Pfeiffer air cooling fan unit mounts to the side of HiPace 300H turbo pumps and provides air flow perpendicular to the pump. The HiPace 300H turbo pump's integrated TC 110 drive unit has a 15-pin D-Sub X3 connector which uses a special cable through which power is supplied by an OmniControl 200 or DCU 110 controller. This special cable (part number P103335 or P1011168, sold separately) has several M8 ports on it to power accessories. This air cooling fan plugs into one of the cable's M8 ports. The air cooling unit will always run when the pump is on. This radial air cooling fan unit has Pfeiffer part number PM Z01 301 A.

This water cooling unit fits Pfeiffer HiPace 300 and 300H turbo pumps. It attaches to the side of the pump with two included bolts. This water cooling block has push-fit connectors for the supply and discharge hoses (8mm OD plastic hose). The hose connections may be unscrewed and removed to make use of the integrated G 1/8” threads. This water cooling kit is required when using a flange heater band with a CF flanged pump. Pfeiffer HiPace turbo pumps also benefit from water cooling when there are high gas throughputs, cyclic operations and/or high ambient temperatures. In order to ensure long trouble-free operation, the cooling water must be clean and not contain any oils, greases or suspended solids. This water cooling unit has Pfeiffer part number PM 016 624-T.

This is a 115 VAC Leybold intake flange heater for the HiPace 300H turbo pump with CF 6.0 inch flange (DN 100 CF) and TC 110 drive unit. The intake flange may be baked up to 120 °C if the turbo pump is water cooled. Operate the pump with water cooling when baking out. Do not use this intake flange heater band on an air cooled pump - damage to the pump will occur. The band heater has an attached relay box with a short control cable with M8 connector which connects to an accessory port on a special TC 110 drive unit to OmniControl 200 connection cable (part number P103335 or P1011168, sold separately). The relay box must be wired with appropriate cable and plug to a 115 VAC power source.

Pfeiffer Part Number: PM Z01 311 A. This shielded Pfeiffer sealing gas valve (purge valve) for HiPace 300H turbo pumps with a TC 110 drive unit screws into the G 1/8" (BSPP) sealing gas port of the pump (sealing ring and filter included). It prevents the ingress of damaging substances, such as corrosive materials into the motor and bearing area of the pump. The use of this sealing gas valve also ensures proper rotor cooling and protects the pump from being damaged by high gas throughput ( 50 % of the pump's maximum). This valve allows a suitable, constant flow rate of inert gas (12.5 - 15 sccm @ maximum 1.5 bar absolute) into the pump. This 24 VDC normally closed (NC) electric solenoid sealing gas valve has Pfeiffer part number PM Z01 311 A.

This Pfeiffer venting valve for HiPace 80 and 300H turbo pumps with a TC 110 drive unit screws into the G 1/8" (BSPP) vent port of the pump (sealing ring included). It ensures the controlled, automatic venting of the turbo pump after shutting down or in the event of a power failure, and limits an uncontrollable pressure rise rate in excess of the permissable maximum (15 hPa/s), thus preventing possible damage to the pump's rotor and magnetic bearing. This valve has an M8 electical connector that plugs into one of the accessory ports in the TC 110-to-controller cable (part number P103335 or P1011168, sold separately). The TC 110 drive unit controls and supplies power to the valve. The activation (control) of this valve for the venting connection is user configured and supported by Pfeiffer controllers (OmniControl 200 or DCU 110) or externally via RS485. It screws into the G 1/8" BSPP vent or sealing gas port on the pump (sealing ring included), and converts the port into a standard KF-10 flange for easy connection to the user's vacuum system. This Pfeiffer HiPace 300, 300H, and 300C turbo pump oil fluid reservoir kit is used when performing Level 1 maintenance on the pump. The oil fluid reservoir lubricates the mechanical bearing at the bottom of the pump and keeps the pump operating at peak efficiency. This kit includes the oil fluid lubricant impregnated felt reservoir, O-ring and other required seals. The reservoir comes pre-filled with the proper amount of oil. Additional lubricant is not required. The oil fluid reservoir kit should be replaced at a minimum of every 4 years - more frequently if the pump is used under extreme operating conditions, or if the pump is exposed to unclean processes.
