These ion gauge cables connect the MKS Granville Phillips 303, 307, 316, 333, 340, 350, 358 & 360 ion gauge controllers to two MKS Granville Phillips 275 convectron gauge tubes. These cable are 10ft long and are replacements for the MKS Granville Phillips part number 303040-10. This is a MKS Granville Phillips Process Control Module provides the 307 Vacuum Gauge Controller with single-pole, double-throw relays that may be controlled either by (6 digital setpoints) or by the built-in manual override switches. This Process Control Module has 6 user selectable channels. The first 2 channels are assigned to the ion gauges. If present, channels 3 and 4 are assigned to CGA or TCA; and 5 and 6 to CGB, TCB, or CMB. Switches are provided to assign channel 1 to IG1, IG2, or both; and likewise for channel 2. This is a MKS Granville Phillips Linear Analog Output Module and provides three, zero to +10 Vdc, linearized voltages that correspond to the displayed pressure readings of the 307 Vacuum Gauge Controller. The source for these outputs is the digital data on the controller's internal bus to the Display Module. The analog output resolution is therefore dependent upon this data. The module is intended to be used in a 307 vacuum gauge controller configured with an ion gauge and two thermocouples. The pressure range for the IG linear output is selected by a front panel switch.
