MKS Granville Phillips Process Control Module 2 set points for 307 Vacuum Gauge Controller. PN: 307018

This is a MKS Granville Phillips Process Control Module and provides the 307 Vacuum Gauge Controller with single-pole, double-throw relays that may be controlled either by (2 digital setpoints) or by the built-in manual override switches. This Process Control Module has 2 user selectable channels. These 2 channels are assigned to the ion gauges. Switches are provided to assign channel 1 to IG1, IG2, or both; and likewise for channel 2. All two channels have selectable polarity for activation above or below the setpoint.
