This filter element is rated for 0.3 microns. This stainless steel resistant media has a large surface area. Traps condensable particles & vapors from backstreaming into the vacuum pump. This filter element for large foreline traps, will fit a PSL style trap with ISO LF-63 ports, This is the filter media only, canister sold separately.
