This Edwards XDS35i dry scroll roughing/backing pump has a pumping speed of 21.0 cfm (35.0 m³/hr), and an ultimate vacuum of 0.008 Torr (0.01 mbar). The pump has a KF-40 (NW40) inlet with inlet strainer, and a KF-25 (NW25) outlet port. It requires 100-240 VAC single phase power and has a C19 power connector.
