Edwards CTI-Cryogenics Purge Valve Kit for Regeneration, CF 1.33, for Cryopump

This Edwards CTI-Cryogenics Purge Valve has a rotable conflat 1.33 fitting, a 1/4" Swagelok Tubing purge gas inlet, and is operated by 115 VAC. The purge valve controls the flow of nitrogen to the Cryopump vessel. During a regeneration cycle, the purge valve opens and allows nitrogen to flow through the vessel to dilute and remove the cryopumped gases.

This kit includes the purge valve, 3 pin receptacle, female crimp socket, copper gasket, socket head cap screws and instructions.

You can control the purge valve by the CTI-Cryogenics REGEN, or use it separately.

The purge valve is normally closed. Applying 115 VAC to the solenoid causes the valve to open; loss of power will caiuse the valve to close.

The solenoid is rated at 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 110 VAC, 50 HZ, 10 Watts. Maximum operating gas pressure is 250 psig.
