This Edwards CTI Cryogenics unit is a remote keypad display for CTI/Brooks On-Board Cryopumps. The remote keypad display provides the same functionality (interface for programming and operating all On-Board Cryopump functions) of an already mounted keypad display on the cryopump. A keypad display is not mounted with all Cryopumps. This keypad can be used instead of the mounted keypad or as a separate unit when no keypad is mounted to the cryopump. Comes with a 10 ft. cable and is 19 in. rack mountable. This remote keypay display can be used in different locations than the Cryopump. Cable connects to the back of this unit to the remote connection of the On-Board panel of the cryopump (See Middle Graphic to the Side).

This Edwards CTI Three Phase motor controller supplies power to an On-Board three phase Cryo-Torr cryopump such as the Onboard 8F or 250F. This Cryogenics Pump Compressor Depressurization Tool is used to bleed Helium from a Cryo Compressor when performing maintenance or repair. It will reduce or drain the pressure in the compressor Helium circuit. The tube end measures 0.50" OD by 0.3675" ID.

The interface module allows the Edwards CTI 9600 Compressor to operate up to three separate cryo pumps simultaneously. Normally, you would need a compressor for each cryo pump. Allows 3 Cryo-Pumps to run on 1 Helium Compressor This 90 degree 3-way helium manifold branches one helium compressor to 3 seperate cryo-pumps. Combined with the Cryo-Torr interface module and a Brooks CTI 9600 helium compressor, this manifold will allow 3 CT 8 cryo-pumps to run simultaneously. These are sold as one each. Two manifolds and 6 lines are needed (3 as return and 3 as supply). These are made of stainless steel.

This is a Nitrogen Purge Valve for CTI/Edwards CT-100, CT-8, CT-10, CT-400, CT-500 Cryo Pumps. Valve connection to the cryo pump is VCO connection and the gas line to valve is ¼” compression. Comes with 3 pin male Molex electrical connection and 3 pin female connectors to power cable. This valve is used during the Regeneration procedure and is normally in a closed position. This valve is mostly for the European Market.

This Edwards CTI-Cryogenics Purge Valve has a rotable conflat 1.33 fitting, a 1/4" Swagelok Tubing purge gas inlet, and is operated by 115 VAC. The purge valve controls the flow of nitrogen to the Cryopump vessel. During a regeneration cycle, the purge valve opens and allows nitrogen to flow through the vessel to dilute and remove the cryopumped gases. This kit includes the purge valve, 3 pin receptacle, female crimp socket, copper gasket, socket head cap screws and instructions. You can control the purge valve by the CTI-Cryogenics REGEN, or use it separately. The purge valve is normally closed. Applying 115 VAC to the solenoid causes the valve to open; loss of power will caiuse the valve to close.

This Edwards CTI-Cryogenics Roughing Valve, with CF 1.33 inlet and outlet, connects to a system rough pump or dry pump. The rough valve is used during the Cryopump regeneration cycle to rough the Cryopump to rough vacuum (approximately 50-100 microns) before the Cryopump begins to cool down. This kit includes the valve, 3 pin receptacle, female crimp socket, copper gasket socket head cap screws and instructions. You can control the roughing valve by the CTI-Cryogenics REGEN, or use it separately. The roughing valve is pneumatically operated by an electrically operated solenoid valve which supplies air pressure to open and close the roughing valve. The roughing valve is normally closed. Applying 115 VAC to the solenoid causes the valve to open. Loss of power, or loss of air pressure causes the roughing valve to close (spring return). Under normal operating conditions, when the valve is closed, it is closed by both the return spring and the airline pressure. The valve is an air-to-open, and air-assisted-to-close design.

This is an Edwards CTI-Cryogenics gas heater for CTI/Edwards Cryopumps, used to heat purge gas and reduce regeneration time. Warm-up time can be reduced by purging the cryopump with warm dry argon or nitrogen gas. Using the gas heater, Edwards P/N: 8080250K036, will reduce warm-up time about 50 percent, and will maintain the gas temperature below the 150°F (66°C) limit.
