For applications, process, maintenance engineers, and scientists who depend on Cryogenic Compressors in fields such as vacuum coating, semiconductor production, particle accelerators, sputter deposition systems and Molecular Beam Epitaxy. The Edwards 8200 compressor is designed to provide optimum performance with On-Board Cryopumps, On-Board Waterpumps and Cryo-Torr Cryopumps.

This Edwards 8200 Single Phase Air Cooled Compressor is designed for reliable performance with a variety of Cyro-Pumps up to 8 inches in size including the CTI Cryo-Torr series. The Edwards 8200 model compressors can operate on both 50 and 60Hz, easily switchable using the frequency toggle switch, located right on the front. The 8200 can also be toggled between high and low voltage from a frontward located S1 switch; 50hz (180-212VAC), 60Hz (198-250VAC).
