This Edwards CTI Cryogenics unit is a remote keypad display for CTI/Brooks On-Board Cryopumps. The remote keypad display provides the same functionality (interface for programming and operating all On-Board Cryopump functions) of an already mounted keypad display on the cryopump. A keypad display is not mounted with all Cryopumps. This keypad can be used instead of the mounted keypad or as a separate unit when no keypad is mounted to the cryopump.

Comes with a 10 ft. cable and is 19 in. rack mountable. This remote keypay display can be used in different locations than the Cryopump. Cable connects to the back of this unit to the remote connection of the On-Board panel of the cryopump (See Middle Graphic to the Side).
