These Agilent Varian VHS-6 & VHS-250 heaters are OEM Agilent Varian replacement parts for the VHS-6 diffusion vacuum pumps with part number 647306225. These replacement diffusion pump heaters are designed to operate on 120 VAC producing 2200 watt of heat for a VHS-6 & VHS-250 diffusion pump. These heater elements pull 9.2 Amps at 208 VAC and have a 26 Ohms resistance across the element. These Agilent Varian VHS-6 heaters are shown as #8 in the illustration below.
