This Agilent Varian OEM inBin module for the TriScroll 620 dry scroll vacuum pump is an excellent alternative to sending your pump in for rebuild service.This module includes the Outboard, Orbiting and Inboard Scrolls. Replacement does require some special tools. A new module will turn your old pump into a new pump at a fraction of the new cost. Pump modules are new with factory 1 year warranty.
