These are Agilent Varian filter replacement cartridges fit the Agilent Varian deluxe oil mist exhaust filter canister PN 9499392 KF25 NW25 (silver filter canister housing seen in far right graphic above). Its function is to purify the rotary vane vacuum pump's exhaust gas from aerosols of liquid vacuum pump oil (exhaust mist). It is advisable to replace the exhaust mist filter cartridge on a regular basis during your preventive maintenance schedule.
