These Agilent Varian full range FRG-700 gauges include Pirani and Cold Cathode combination gauge technology and can measure pressure from atmosphere to 7x10-9 Torr. They have a Conflat 2.75 inch vacuum flange fitting and are compatible to work with the following turbo systems:
Varian TPS-Compact
Varian MiniTasks AG81
Varian V81 and V301 AG Rack Controllers
Varian V81 and V301 Navigator controllers
Varian FRG-700 Controllers.
