These ISO 100 to KF-25 Adaptive Reducer Cross vacuum fittings follow ISO-KF and LF standards and have a flange size of ISO LF100 to NWKF-25. They are commonly used to build vacuum plumbing and process systems. They are often called quick flange fittings on the small side and large flange fittings on the large size. (please see top far right figure for connection instructions - click to enlarge). They are made of corrosive resistant 304L stainless steel.
