Edwards IPV16MKA Manual Inline Lever Operation Bellows Isolation Valve, KF16, NW16, Aluminum C41218000

These NEW Edwards IPV16MKA Manual Inline Lever Operation Bellows Isolation Valves are very quick acting. The lever, connected to a self lubricating plastic cam piston, actuates the valve stem and valve plate through PTFE bearings. The valve plate 0-ring groove is vented to prevent gas bursts. This valve is designed to operate down to 10-9 mbar / 7.5 x 10-10 Torr and up to a pressure of 2100 mbar / 1575 Torr (30 psi). The O-Ring is Fluoroelastomer. The molecular Conductance is 0.2 l/s and the baking temperature is 100 degrees Celcius. These Inline valves function reliably in applications ranging from semiconductor manufacturing to plasma physics research to nuclear accelerators. These inline valves are primarily for vacuum processes. They are brand new.
