The HiScroll vacuum pump is equipped with a pressure sensor in the pumping system, either directly or by way of installation (optional accessory). This digital Piezo/Pirani sensor RPT 010 measures the intake pressure of the vacuum pump. Certain functions described for the vacuum pump are only available with a pressure sensor installed. This Sensor Measures coarse vaccum independent of gas type. Pressure Range 1 X 10-4 - 1200 hPa.
