The Pfeiffer Balzers TPH-270 turbo molecular high vacuum pumps have a pumping speed of 270 liters per second (l/s). The inlet is a LF 100 with a ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange. The TPH 270 turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications. These are excellent rebuilt high vacuum pumps and have been fully tested.
