The TC 110 electronic drive unit operates smaller Pfeiffer turbo pumps and their accessories. It's purpose is to drive, monitor and control the pump. The TC 110 is designed to work with Pfeiffer HiPace 10, 30, 80, 300H and SplitFlow 50 and 80 turbo pumps. It requires 24 VDC input power, normally supplied by a Pfeiffer DCU 110 or OmniControl 200 controller through a special connection cable (part number P103335 or P1011168, not included). The connection cable supplies power to the pump and also has two M8 ports for connecting optional accessories such as a forced air-cooling kit, a solenoid vent valve, and/or a sealing gas valve. This unit replaces a damaged drive unit, or is required for pumps that do not include a drive unit. The TCU 110 electronic drive unit has Pfeiffer part number PM C01 790 AT.

The Pfeiffer OmniControl 001 turbo pump controller can be bench top or rack mounted and is designed to operate the larger Pfeiffer HiPace 1200 turbo pumps that have the integrated TC 1200 electronic drive unit. The OmniControl 001 drive unit is powered by the pump and does not have a built in power supply. The HiPace 1200 turbo pump has its own onboard 48 VDC power supply and takes direct input power of 115/230 VAC. Since it does not have its own power supply, the OmniControl 001 is very compact and has Pfeiffer part number PE D40 100 0. The OmniControl 001 can control all the main parameters of the HiPace turbo pump via a 3 meter long RS485 interface cable (part number P1012287, not included). This unit can also be used to operate and display pressure readings from Pfeiffer Active gauges if the optional Gauge/IO module is installed.

The Pfeiffer OmniControl 200 turbo pump controller can be bench top or rack mounted and is designed to operate Pfeiffer HiPace 80 and HiPace 300H turbo pumps that have the integrated TC110 drive unit. The OmniControl 200 supplies 24 VDC at a maximum of 200 Watts to the TC 110 electronic drive unit which then powers the pump. This unit replaces a damaged drive unit, or is required for pumps that do not include a drive unit. The TCU 400 electronic drive unit has Pfeiffer part number PM C01 800 A.
