Leybold WAU-2001 Blower and SV630BF Rotary Vane with Water Cooling - Direct Mount System Package, Hydrocarbon Oil
These Leybold RUTA vacuum pump systems include a direct mounted WAU-2001 Roots blower with a Sogevac SV630BF rotary vane backing pump. They include water cooling and have a 1236 cfm effective pumping speed with an excellent ultimate totoal pressure of 3 x 10-2 Torr. This combo is set up with hydrocarbon oil, but PFPE systems are available. The WAU 2001 pumps are easy to operate and include a pressure differential valve that allows them to be started at the same time as the roughing pump. They have a shaft seal and elastomer seal made of FMP Viton. These Leybold RUTA vacuum pump packages are 3-Phase 200-230, 440-480 VAC input power.
The backing pump is a Leybold Sogevac SV630BF SV 630BF single stage oil sealed vacuum pump designed for continuous operation over the working pressure range from atmosphere to less than 1 Torr. The Leybold Sogevac SV630BF SV 630B F consists of the pump body oil casing and water cooling. The Leybold Sogevac has built in exhaust filters, gas ballast valve, and an automatic oil return system.
