Leybold TriVac D4T TriVac Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Single Phase 100/230 VAC, 3.5 CFM, KF-25 Inlet/Outlet. PN: 31236TE25

This Leybold TriVac D4T is a dual-stage rotary vane vacuum pump with integrated anti-suckback valve and gas ballast. This pump is fitted with a single phase, 100/230 VAC, 50/60Hz motor which draws 400W at 60Hz, it has a pumping speed of 3.5 cfm (5.9 m³/hr) and an ultimate pressure of 3.7 x 10^-3 Torr (5 x 10^-3 mbar). Inlet and outlet ports are KF-25. This pump has a noise level of 58 dB(A). The D4T pump requires 0.6 - 0.9 liters of LVO 100 oil (included).

This D4T single phase pump is supplied ready to operate with switch, built-in thermal motor protection switch, mains cable (approx. 1.5 m) and mains plug.

The TriVac T series of pumps are suited for pumping water vapor within the specified water vapor tolerance limits. Condensable vapors that can liquify when being compressed inside the pump and exceed the vapor tolerance of the pump should be avoided. In the case of wet processes we recommend the installation of liquid separators upstream and downstream of the pump as well as the use of the gas ballast. Trivac T pumps are not designed for pumping dusty, aggressive, corrosive, flammable or explosive gases or gas mixtures, or for pumping oxygen or other highly reactive gases in concentrations greater than in normal ambient atmosphere (>21%).
