This version of the Leybold Sogevac SV630B single stage oil sealed vacuum pump, termed the SV630BF is water cooled and is designed for continuous operation over the working pressure range from atmosphere to less than 1 Torr. The Leybold Sogevac SV630BF consists of the pump body oil casing and drive cooling system. It has built in exhaust filters, gas ballast valve, and an automatic oil return system. The Leybold Sogevac SV630BF is low noise, compact, low vibration, and easy to operate; being easy to maintain, service and repair.
