The Leybold Sogevac SV320B single stage oil sealed vacuum pump is designed for continuous operation over the working pressure range from atmosphere to 0.525 Torr (0.7 mbar). Ultimate total pressure with standard gas ballast 0.525 Torr (0.7 mbar). The Leybold Sogevac SV320B consists of the pump body oil casing and drive cooling system. The Leybold Sogevac SV320B has built in exhaust filters, and an automatic oil return system, note that this model comes with integrated gas ballast valve. Pumping Speed 284 M3/h.
