This Leybold Scrollvac 3S Plus dry scroll pump weights is capable of achieving peak pumping speeds of up to 2 CFM (3.5 m3/h) at 60 Hz and a typical ultimate pressure of 0.0750 Torr (0.1 mbar) with closed gas ballast. As such, the Scrollvac 3S Plus is a very capable alternative to diaphragm pumps. This is the Scrollvac 3S Plus preconfigured version which comes factory fitted with an inlet valve, featuring delayed opening, and supplied with an exhaust silencer.
