This Leybold OEM intake filter trap with F40 paper element fits the Sogevac SV40B, SV65B and SV100B rotary vane vacuum pumps. The trap has a 1-1/4" NPT female fitting on the inlet side, and an integrated 1-1/4" male NPT nipple on the outlet which attaches to the pump's inlet.
The included filter typically has a vacuum level of 1X10-3 Torr. The F40 paper element has a rated flow rate of up to 55 cfm, has a 99% removal efficency, and traps down to 2 micron particles to keep your pump operating at peak efficiency and longevity. The intake trap is constructed with brazed fittings for high vacuum use. Stainless steel torsion clips add durability. The housing is seamless with an O-Ring sealing system. This intake filter system features a large dirt holding capacity and easy field cleaning. Rugged steel construction with baked enamel finish makes this unit very durable.
