Facilities around the world can now become quieter, thanks to the new ECODRY Pump Plus. Now offered in 2 sizes the ECODRY 25 and 35 plus. It does the job reliably, without drawing attention to itself. Its 52 dB(A) sound is the quietest in its class and half as loud as other pumps. In terms of noise reduction, the ECODRY plus represents the highest quality of German engineering expertise. Non-contacing rotors with low vibration, a low power drive unit, a low noise fan for efficient cooling, and a cutting-edge silencer add up to an acoustic milestone. Quieter than a conversation or an air conditioner. Compact size and a dry pumping technology. Requiring no maintenance by users, the ECODRY plus frees up many resources.

Low operating costs and plenty of performance, with pumping speeds 35m3h optimized for analytical applications. Less power consumption means energy efficiency and lower air conditioning costs. Fewer limitations with low EMC emissions and low leakage current. The ECODRY plus can be powered by regular 100-127-200-240 VAC. The ECODRY creates a smoother workflow. The new ECODRY plus impresses with their size - making it easy to integrate in your process. The low weight of less than 30 kg makes the new ECODRY plus a flexible and mobile vacuum pump for many working environments.

With high speed from high pressure down to ultimate vacuum your vacuum system pumpdown times are significantly shortened. With the low ultimate pressure of just 0.01 mbar the new ECODRY plus is a perfect backing pump for UHV systems. The new ECODRY plus with the integrated control dashboard allows intuitive operation. Connect vacuum gauges and valves directly to the pump to enable easy pressure and valve control for improved energy efficiency and process safety. Uses:

Mass Spectrometers in analytical instruments. The vacuum pump is an important unit that is expected to provide reliable vacuum without drawing attention to itself. With the ECODRY plus acoustics, enclosures for noise reduction are no longer needed. The ECODRY emits half the noise of other pumps in its class.

Electron Microscopes need dependable vacuum pumps for backing multiple turbomolecular pumps. To achieve highest resolution images, the pump must not transfer any noise or vibration to the instrument. Not only is it quiet it also creates minimal vibration due to its smooth rotation mechanism. This reduced noise and vibrations benefits resolution and the lab's workers noise stress. Blurred images are a thing of the past.

Cryo-Pump Regeneration sometimes requires a vacuum pump to handle high amounts of water vapor and solvents and transport it out of the vacuum chamber. The ECODRY plus boasts high water vapor tolerances and is built for utmost reliability.

Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) Applications require reliable pumps for the backing of turbomolecular pumps. To avoid disturbing measurements the noise must be kept to a minimum and contaminants prevented.
