The INFICON temperature compensated capacitance diaphragm gauge CDG025D series provides gas-type independent, highly accurate values for reliable pressure measurement. They are designed for stable performance and longevity in harsh manufacturing environments. These gauges feature fast stability after power on and one pushbutton zero function.
All CDG025D gauges employ corrosion resistant ceramic sensors which can withstand atmospheric bursts. A patented unique sensor shield protects the gauge from process contamination. A total Alumina coating immunizes the gauge against chemical attack.
Inficon CDG025D models are available in a variety of full scale measuring ranges, from 0.1-to-1000 Torr. CDG025D-S models are equipped with 2 setpoints. The CDG025D is powered and readings made via a15 pin D Sub connector RS232 interface.
Inficon CDG025D and CDG025D-S gauges are available with 1/2" straight tube, KF-16, CF 1.33 or Swagelok® 8 VCR® fitting.
