This listing is for the purchase of an annual renewal license of the premium version of
AutoZ+ software. The software is keyed to an individual
AnalyzaVAC RGA unit. Each
AnalyzaVAC RGA unit requires a separate software license. The software may be installed on any number of Windows computers to operate the instrument for which it is licensed. Software updates and unlock keys to the premium version are downloaded directly from this website.
Ideal Vacuum’s
AutoZ+™ software is a Windows® 10 and 11, application that can control any Ideal Vacuum
AnalyzaVAC™ residual gas analyzer from a computer or laptop.
AutoZ+ software allows the user to control all RGA aquisition parameters and capture, view, and manipulate mass spectra.
AutoZ+ is a stand-alone application that does not require an internet connection.

AutoZ+ performs data collection and analytics on datasets returned from
AnalyzaVAC RGA units. It can display the data as an analog spectrum, a histogram of peaks, or pressure trends of specific compounds or masses over time. The software automatically and rapidly performs full spectrum analyses of mass spectra to quantify the contribution of each identified gas to the displayed spectrum and the total system pressure.
AutoZ+ supports a wide range of processes including leak detection, residual gas and contaminant identification, outgassing analysis, and process monitoring. Ideal Vacuum's substance libraries and full spectrum analysis capabilities are invaluable features when monitoring critical system compositions.

AnalyzaVAC RGAs include a non-expiring basic version software license and a 60 day trial of all premium version features. The basic software may be upgraded to premium version at any time.
AutoZ+ premium version software must be renewed annually or it will revert to the non-expiring basic version. Discounts for multiple, extended, or lifetime licenses are available. Some purchasers may be eligible for other discounts. Please speak to your sales representative.
