Cylinder Grade: DOT-3E-1800 The controlled delivery of gas-phase vapor from a liquid precursor is needed in the processes of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD).
