Fomblin 25/6RP (25/6-RP) PFPE, sold here by the 1 Kg (0.5 liter) containers is for use in chemical processes which require inert mechanical vacuum pump oil fluids. Fomblin 25/6RP oil is specified to meet semiconductor dry and chemical inert vacuum pump specifications. Fomblin 25/6 RP (25/6-RP) PFPE incorporates a new patented Fomblin anti-rust additive which enables the fluids to withstand even the most harsh chemical environments. The additive, based upon the Fomblin perfluoro-polyether structure, does not affect the chemical resistance and high vacuum performance of the Fomblin fluids
