Use these stainless steel screws to mount objects with 8-32 tapped holes directly to Ideal Spectroscopy's 1/4"-20 tapped pedestal posts and 1/2" optical posts. They also can be used to connect two 1/2" optical posts together to extend the usable length, stack 8-32 tapped pedestal posts to achieve an optimal height, or mount an optical post directly to a pedestal post. Screws come in a variety of lengths to suit your needs, including 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1 1/4". The recommended screw length for connecting two optical posts together or connecting an optical post to a pedestal post is 1/2", although any size less than 1" will work. These screws are adjusted with a standard 5/64" hex key (Allen wrench). This sale is for a pack of 25 screws.
