This EVAC Chain Clamp is for connecting NW10/16 KF10/16 GLASS flanges for high temps and UHV pressures. They can be baked repeatedly up to 200°C (392°F). Applications UHV to 10X9 Torr. These EVAC Chain Clamps when used for Glass Flanges require seals of Elastomer Construction with Special Carriers (not metal). See EVAC Flange Brochure.pdf pages 28, 40, 41 to the side at Downloads.
