They are very compact and have two in one sensors, the capacitive ceramic diaphragm sensor and Piezo resistive diaphragm sensor. They come with a 5 meter connection cable KF16 to 7 pole diode plug. They Connect to Leybold Controllers Graphix 1,2,3 and Display 1,2,3 Series via a signal converter. Pressure Display Range:Absolute pressure measurement: 0.1 to 200 mbar or 1 to 2000 mbar Relative pressure measurement: -1000 mbar to + 1000 mbar.
