Leybold CERAVAC CTR 100 Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge, DN 16 ISO-KF, 10 Torr, Inconel Sensor for Corrosive Processes. PN: 230302V01

Leybold CERAVAC CTR 100 Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge with an Inconel Sensor for Corrosive Processes, NW-ISO 16, 10 to 1 x 10-3 Torr.
Leybold Part Number: 230302V01 (CRT 100), Replaces old Part Number: 230302V02 (CRT 100 N).

This Leybold CERAVAC Transmitter CTR 100 sensor gauge is designed for vacuum measurement in the pressure range of 10 to 1x10-3 Torr (13 to 1.3×10-3 mbar). The CERAVAC Transmitter CTR 100 sensor gauge is operated with the Leybold Vacuum gauge controllers: GRAPHIX ONE, GRAPHIX TWO, and GRAPHIX THREE. The CTR 100 allows gas type independent pressure measurements and is able to tolerate bursts of pressure without suffering physical damage or calibration shifts. The Inconel® sensor is suited for corrosive processes as it is highly resistant to corrosion from common process chemicals, oxidation, carburization, pitting, crevice, corrosion cracking and high temperatures. The CTR 100 has an RS 232 connection with LED status indicators and can operate in any position. The CTR 100 does not have setpoints and is not built for bakeout.

Inconel is a registered trademark of Special Metals Corporation
