This is an Ideal Vacuum Cube modular ready-to-assemble heated chamber development kit prepped with KF and ISO ports. It comes with an easy-to-open 6 x 12 door with viewing window. It includes everything needed to assemble a 0.25 cu. ft. vacuum chamber including a 6 x 6 x 12 inch Cube frame, four 6 x 12 plates (one heated and one is a door with viewing window), two 6 x 6 inch Cube plates, all necessary Viton O-ring seals, port blanks, and assembly hardware. Assembly is quick and easy and only requires a 3/16” hex wrench.

Cube plates of a given size can be mounted to any similar frame side, so the user can assemble the chamber to their own needs. An extensive number of interchangeable Cube plates are available and one or more plates can be swapped easily when chamber reconfiguration is needed.

This 6 x 6 x 12 heated chamber development kit for high vacuum includes:

• 6 x 6 x 12 Cube frame (P107541)
• 6 x 6 x 12 Cube assembly hardware kit (P108338, includes plate seals and mounting screws)
• One 6 x 12 Cube plate with one KF-40, one KF-25, and two KF-16 ports (P108219)
• One 6 x 12 blank plate (P108196)
• One 6 x 12 door kit with tempered glass viewing window, hinges, and quick knobs for easy opening
• One 6 x 12 heater plate for up to 140°C (P108729)
• One 6 x 6 Cube plate with ISO-F 63 port (P106864)
• One 6 x 6 Cube plate with KF-40 port (P106863)
• Rubber offset vibration isolating foot kit
• Centering rings, KF bulkhead and ISO claw clamps, and blanks for all ports

Note that the heater plate requires a heater plate controller such as the IVP single zone PID plug & play heater control system (P107361)
