Inland geminYe SV OIL Chemical Inert Vacuum Pump Oil Fluid, PFPE Perfluoropolyether, sold here by the 100 gram containers is for use in chemical processes which require inert mechanical vacuum pump oil fluids. This oil is specified to meet semiconductor dry and chemical inert vacuum pump specifications.

This is non-flammable, chemically inert, and thermally stable. Inland geminYe PFPE mechanical fluid oils have excellent lubricity properties and are available in viscosity grades suitable for use in all vacuum pumps. When used with proper filtration, geminYe fluids provide exceptionally long service life. A drop-in replacement and direct equivalent to other PFPE brand vacuum oils, geminYe fluids are completely mixable with Fomblin®, Krytox®, and other brand inert PFPE fluids of the same grade.
